Returns and Exchanges

CMN GRND gladly accepts returns and exchanges for all items. All returns must be submitted through the returns portal.

In order for returns and exchanges to be processed the returned package must include the order number or packing slip indicating what you would like to exchange it with. 

Qualifications:

• Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
• No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.
• All tags must be intact.
• Please try products on over your underwear for sanitary purposes. If product arrives with hygienic liner, it must not have been removed or reattached.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of deliver date.
